EXCHANGE AND REFUND

FRANCE & EUROPEAN UNION :

If you have chosen the wrong size or reference, or if the chosen model does not meet your expectations, we will refund you or exchange it at your convenience.

You have 30 days from the date of order to request an exchange or refund.

To request an exchange or refund, simply click on "Request a return" in your account.

After approval by our services, you will receive by email a return document as well as a prepaid shipping label. You will then have 15 days to send us the item(s).

Returned items must be new, unworn, untried, properly protected, in their original packaging and with their original label to be accepted.

Refunds are made upon receipt of your package within a maximum of 5 days.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :

Unfortunately, our current returns and exchanges policy excludes all countries outside the European Union.

Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped to these destinations.

Please take this policy into account when making your purchase.

    De combien de temps je dispose pour retourner ma commande ?

    Lorsque vous passez votre commande, vous disposez d'un délai de 30 jours après réception pour demander un retour. Vous aurez alors le choix entre un échange ou un remboursement. Rendez-vous sur votre espace personnel dans l'onglet Retour pour faire votre demande.

    Après accord de nos services, recevrez par la suite un email avec un document de retour ainsi qu'une étiquette d'expédition de colis prépayée selon les cas. Par la suite, vous diposerez de 15 jours pour nous expédier vos articles. Si vous avez optez pour un remboursement, ce dernier sera effectué dès la réception de votre colis dans un délai de 5 jours maximum.
