FAQ

Why do my socks have holes in them?

This is generally the result of continuous rubbing between the foot and the sock. This wear is natural, so there's no secret: the better the fabric, the longer your socks will last!

How to avoid holes in your socks?
    • Choose quality socks made from Egyptian cotton, reinforced Scottish yarn, viscose or reinforced polyester.
    • Choose socks with reinforced heels and toes.
    • Make sure your shoes fit snugly to avoid excessive rubbing, thus preserving their lifespan.
    • Choose shoes with smooth insoles.
How do I wash my anti-slip socks to ensure their durability and effectiveness?
    • Wash by hand in lukewarm water, using a mild detergent.
    • Opt for air-drying by laying your socks flat.
    • When machine-washing, make sure the water temperature is below 60°C.
    • Wash inside out and without chemicals: bleach or aggressive fabric softeners.
How often should I wash my socks?

The ideal washing frequency depends on your daily routine, climate and hygiene preferences. In general, we recommend washing your socks after each use to maintain optimum hygiene and avoid the build-up of bacteria and odors.

How do I care for my wool socks to prevent shrinkage?
    • Hand-wash in lukewarm water.
    • Machine wash on a delicate or wool cycle.
    • Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C and spin gently.
    • Use a fabric softener and detergent specially designed for wool, without detergent.
    • Dry your socks flat in the shade.
